Trumpf Trulaser Tube 7000 Fiber tube laser cutter
Our latest high-tech laser cutting equipment is Trumpf Trulaser Tube 7000 Fiber tube laser cutter. This laser machine minimizes tooling and logistics times with its 9.2-meter LoadMaster Tube automatic fiber material feeding unit and its 6.5-meter finished piece distribution tables. Maximum workpiece length is 6500 mm, workpiece grip is 120 mm. This technology is suitable for cutting precise and high-quality products in small and in larger series as well. In addition to cutting pipes and box sections, the machine is capable of cutting flat steel and angle steel straight and at 45 degrees, creating the entire hole pattern and even making the chamfers necessary for the preparation of the welding seam. Maximal machinable diameter is 254 mm, the minimal is 12 mm, in case of a box sections it is minimum 12x12 mm, maximum 180x180 mm, and the cutting performance is 6 kW. Maximum cutting material thickness for carbon steel is 14 mm, for stainless steel 10 mm, for aluminum 10 mm. Weight load 40 kg/m.

Tube laser technology is now essential for the production of steel constructions. This tube laser machine has an automatic 9 meters LoadMaster Tube batcher unit, and 6,5-meter-long dispenser desks, so gearing and logistics time get to the minimal level. This technology enables to produce parts in smaller or bigger batches very precisely, and in excellent quality. This machine cuts tubes and box section, but it is also able to cut flat iron and angle-steel straight or in 45 degrees, make whole bores, and make preparation cuts for welding. Maximal diameter of tube is 254 mm, cutting power is 3,6 kW. Machine is able to work on a thickness of 12,5 mm, with an accuracy within 0,1 mm.
