We improve our technology again! Our newest machine, the tube laser cutter equipment TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 is coming in November 2017.

This type of tube laser cutting technology is necessary in the branch if steel construction production.

The machine has a 9 meters long LoadMaster Tube automatic feeder unit, and a 6,5 meters long ready product dispenser tables, and by these, logistics and tooling times are minimized. This technology is proper for precise and high-quality cutting of products in small and bigger series as well. The machines is able to cut tubes and box sections, cut sheet metal and angle sheets straight and also in 45 degrees, make the whole bore picture, and make the chippings that are necessary for the preparation of welding.

Maximal machinable diameter is 254 mm, cutting power is 3,6 Kw. These enable to machine the depth of 12,5 mm precisely, within 0,1 mm.

 

We are happy to announce that our company’s machine park grows by Hungary’s largest Hartford produced, CNC controlled machining centre.

 

Its machining table’s surface is 5000×3000 mm, its loading capacity is 21000 kg. This machine will enable us to serve our client’s more accurate demands.

This machine can provide a more effective and rapid job, due to its portal system, and its accurate, linear ball spindle. Thus, it can serve more accurate dimension expectations of our clients.

The newest step of our steady technological development was the purchasing and installation of a HAAS VF6/50 CNC operated, vertical machining centre in the summer of 2014.

This equipment is able to machine unique pieces and also big series with a big accuracy. Its maximal speed is 7500 turns/minute.

This modern machining centre has a working space of 1626 mm x 813 mm x 762 mm. It has a tool-holder for 30 tools, and a laser measurement system, that make this able to do different machining processes quickly afterwards.

This way our machining capacity was increased, and we can fulfil our client’s requirements in a more optimal way.
